I talked to multiple companies about my roof and they all had terrible customer service and I could tell they were just charging me the most money they thought they could. As soon as Ben came out for the estimate I could tell they were honest blue collar people. They were completely honest with me about pricing and my situation. He covered all the bases as far as the offered options, materials to choose from, their expertise and standards. He was by far the most professional, and the cost quoted came in well under the rest. Even with the addition of replacement gutter guards, their price was still on point. Work was quickly done, and I was impressed by the post work inspection. I had a couple leaks, one in the house and one on covered patio. The first roofing company that came out was only interested in having me contact my insurance co for inspection. They said bad hail storms had come through within the last year. The next day Indy Roof Rangers came out. Ben Conrad was completely different. He didn't try and sell me on anything. He took one look at where the leaks were and told me it looked like the vent exhaust pipe boots needed to be replaced. He went on roof and took pictured and the vent boots on two needed replaced. I had him replace all of them. They came out the day they said they would and did a good job. The price was good also. Love the way Ben didn't try and sell me on something I didn't need. Yes I will recommend Indy Roof Rangers to friends and family

They alleviated all of my fears and were great!Edit - about a year later and I did end up needing this service. Ben (owner) came out himself to check the issue and give a quote. He took the time to really explain, in everyday terms, what was needed and why as well as how his work would alleviate the issue. He never tries to sell you something you do not need and that is invaluable for someone who has never worked on roofs and is not familiar with the lingo. They definitely earned 5 stars from me!

I will forever use Indy Roof Rangers for any roofing needs! This company is awesome. Super nice people and they gave me a free quote that beat all the others. They even came to Fort Wayne for me even though they’re based in Indy. I just needed some soffit and fascia repaired from a storm and almost all other companies told me it was too small of a job and they wouldn’t do it but Indy Roof Rangers still treated me as if I was a huge client. I used Angie’s List, and it recommended two roofing companies, the first one sent an estimate without even looking at the house. Indy Roof Rangers came to my house walked a 360, got on the roof and in the attic.I knew since the house was built in 1964, it needed a lot of new roof decking. The estimate included the roof decking, and was less then the first estimate, plus did amazing job.
